This Schedule applies to Title Insurance regularly issued with liabilities up to $1,000,000. For amounts in excess of that or for special circumstances call your local Northern Nevada Title Company office.

A "short term" rate (20%) is available to insured owners upon resale or refinancing where the full basic schedule is applicable and the previous policy was a CLTA or ALTA form policy issued by a tittle insurer within 60 months.

Escrow fees in excess of $1290.00 are subject to negotiation between the parties to the escrow, the company and agreed to in writing prior to the close of escrow.

Escrow rates for transactions involving the refinance of residential property will not exceed $175.00.

Transfer tax calculations are valid for Lyon, Douglas, Carson and Storey counties.

This schedule of fees has been prepared and published in compliance with the Nevada Revised Statutes and for the convenience of our customers in determining charges for services regularly rendered.

The charges set forth herein are minimum only and additional charges will be made when unusual conditions of title are encountered, or when special risks are insured against or when special services are requested.
